Using RockList

Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using RockList. By using the service, you agree to them.

Effective July 27, 2026

Use RockList responsibly

You may use RockList to manage stream requests, playlists, connected-platform features, and related tools. You must meet the minimum age required by the services you connect and be allowed to use the accounts you connect.

Do not misuse RockList, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, distribute harmful code, or use the service to harass others or break the law. We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect RockList, its users, or connected services.

Accounts and connected services

You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts and for keeping those accounts secure. When you connect another service, you authorize RockList to use the access you grant for the features you enable. You can disconnect optional services through RockList or the connected provider.

Third-party services have their own terms, policies, limits, and availability. RockList is not responsible for changes, outages, or account actions made by those services.

Public activity and content

RockList playlists and played history are public. Requests, display names, platform badges, and related activity may appear on those pages or in connected chat services. Do not submit private, unlawful, or harmful content.

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give RockList permission to process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. Streamers and authorized moderators can manage requests and channel activity.

Support payments

Supporting RockList is optional. Stripe or PayPal processes payments, subscriptions, cancellations, and payment credentials. Supporter benefits are described when offered and may change as RockList evolves. Any change will not remove a benefit you have already received.

Availability and responsibility

RockList is provided as available. We work to keep it useful and reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access, perfect catalog information, or compatibility with every connected service.

To the extent permitted by law, RockList is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update RockList and these terms. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. If you stop using RockList, provisions that reasonably need to continue—such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limits of liability—will remain in effect.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@rocklist.live.
